4. What is the one kitchen tool you could never give up?
Whisks of all shapes and sizes. I like the way they look and I like to stir the pot.
Not only do I like little hand held whisks but I could never live with out the whip attachment for my KitchenAid. In our house we do lots of baking so a stand mixer is essential. Not to mention we always have homemade freshly whipped cream on hand.
Do not worry, I give the beater plenty of love too. But I love the whisk.
A fresh dollop of fresh whipped cream always makes the world a whole lot brighter and fun. There is no need to buy a can when it takes about 2 minutes to make it yourself…..

My husband would like the Honey Dew Sherbet Ice Milk, while my son and I would like to make the Peppermint Candy Cane Marshmallows in the stand up mixer. I love to bake – that’s why I want this stand mixer! My mom had a classic white one that she bought well before us kids were born and I loved it. KitchenAid mixers were the only ones we had and they LAST. I can’t afford one of my own, but if I won one, I have many friends who could attest to how much it would be loved and used.

I would love to have this mixer because right now I have a one-blade $10 hand mixer that I bought in I-need-cupcakes desperation. I lost the other blade somewhere and acquired one that does not fit. Somewhere, some former roommate has the same problem.

I have a small kitchenaid mixer and it has been the best! But somehow the mixers disappeared? My dishwasher (husband) has no idea what could of happened to them. He graciously went out bought me another mixer and had the best of intentions. But unfortunately it is not a kitchenaid and it throws the batter everywhere in the kitchen!
I so miss my kitchenaid. It would be awesome to have one of these for my holiday baking!!!

I want one because I do a lot of baking and do it all by hand for the most part! Doing things by hand takes quite a bit of time and with the way my three boys eat, it’s hard to keep up! As for the recipe I would like to try, I would really like to try the cheesy bacon spaghetti squash. I think it sounds yummy (and I love squash) and I think the cheese and bacon will get the boys to eat it too

Hell with want….I need this mixer…lol…………….I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews that I do weekly baking with!!! Friday nights are usually sleep overnights for 2- 4 of them each week!! I want to try your Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Herbed Olive Oil recipe. My sweet potato fries are either too soggy or over cooked so I’m going to try your method and see how they come out.

I have always wanted a kitchen aid! There are so many recipes that I’ve wanted to try, but have abandoned the idea, because it looks like it needs a good mixer. A recipe of your’s that I would like to try is the honeydew sherbet ice-milk. Yum!

Why do I want this mixer? I want it for a friend, actually. She loves to bake. It’s her job, even. But she can’t afford a nice mixer and she was oh so gracious when she found out I got a KitchenAid mixer as a wedding shower gift. I’ve never met her in real life but she’s been a better friend to me than most of the people I do know in real life and I’d love to be able to give her something she would love and use.
Recipes of yours I have made…a bunch of your applesauces (haven’t been disappointed yet!), a pumpkin cornmeal cake…other things that escape my memory at the moment.

I twitter you, tweeted you and receive your emails! I would love to win this Kitchen Aid (amazingly awesome!) mixer. I cook with my 7-year old daughter and 4-year old son every day and we use our mixer almost every day. Because I can’t go with the tried and true, I bought a beautiful Jenn-Air Attrezzi mixer instead of a KitchenAid (silly on my part). It’s gorgeous…but it’s never been a KitchenAid! Last night, we were making a batch of oh so yummy multigrain bagels when my Attrezzi burned up! Bummer for us all…and a testament as to why I REALLY need a new mixer so we can keep on keeping on! We love the Peanut Butter Pumpkin muffins but I use sunflower seed butter instead because of my daughter’s peanut allergy…
Chris, I am sorry to hear about the burn out! Love that you want to ” keep on keeping on” Thats the way to go girl. LOVE that you bake with your kids. Sounds like we both have kids that are the same age. Good times
Nice adaptation with the muffins. Glad you are liking them 
I would use and enjoy this mixer, as i make bread and large recipes that often do not fit well(or at all) in the smaller mixer bowls. I’ve been planning on giving my current KitchenAid Mixer to my daughter, who is now engaged to be married next year, as it is too expensive to ask for on a wedding registry. She loves to cook and bake!!
I am going to start with the following two recipes of yours: Cheesy Bacon Apple Frittata-hopefully this week; and Sweet Potato Coconut Curry w/Chicken & Bacon-in the near future.

I would like this mixer because my current Kitchenaid is at least 20 years old. It gets the job done, but not without making scary sounds as if it wants to explode! I’m really excited to make your cranberry pear applesauce and for a chance to win this mixer. I’ve been using my Mom’s KA mixer that is over 40 years old. It still runs great! However, it is hard to get myself to buy a new mixer when I already have fully functioning KA. However, it is old and small. I really want to be able to do bigger batches. We make that poor mixer work during the holiday with our annual cookie exchange. My best friend comes to visit for the weekend and we bake over 9000 cookies over a two day weekend to distribute to family and friends. we really could use the extra assistance with a new younger workhorse by our side.
Mariah, 9000 cookies in two days. That is some very impressive baking. You certainly do need a work horse. Do you stay up 48 hours straight??

I would love to have this stand mixer because I have always wanted one for years. I love baking, cooking, and entertaining. I registered for one for my wedding registry and never got it. I’m pregnant now and I even went and put it on our baby registry, I want one so bad! As far as the recipes goes, I would LOVE to try the Cranberry Pumpkin Ricotta Cookies!!

Hello! I just discovered you via Facebook and Dine & Dish and Reluctant Entertainer! Good company! Everything here looks absolutely delightful! I too love whisks….especially for whipping cream

I would love this stand mixer more than words can express. I am a stay at home mom who LOVES to bake, however we can’t afford a stand mixer so getting my kinds involved in the process is messy and isn’t as easy as it could be if I had one. (Having a 3 year old stir slowly so the flour doesn’t go flying everywhere just doesn’t happen! lol!)

Pantry. We cooked for 58 families last holiday season and my Kitchen
Aid mixer saved the holiday meals. We also give away groceries each
week to over 150 families and I would like to give away the mixer to
one of our volunteers for working hard all year round when we are done.
Your Gluten free Peter Rabbit carrot cupcakes sound amazing! Anything with carrot in it I absolutely love. I have always wanted to mix ingredients together by just throwing them into one bowl and turning a switch on! Frosting’s and baking would be so much easier with this AMAZING mixer. The ideas for cooking are endless with a mixer like this.

Seriously – this item has been moved into the ‘need’ {out of the ‘want’} category. I had and loved my Kitchen Aid hand mixer, but a month ago it bit the dust. Anyway, I am buying one of these to me from my dear husband for Christmas {or maybe I’ll win yours}! I will honestly use it at least 3 or 4 times a week for the next 20+ years.

Oh KitchenAid Stand Mixer, how I covet thee! I would just love to whip up some fresh whipped cream (or coconut cream!) in that sexy stainless steel bowl. Of course, I’m a huge fan of your “Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies – Gluten Free & Vegan” and I’m sure this mixer would work wonders to create these. I do sub Barney Butter almond butter for the peanut butter here, I just don’t have the taste buds for PB. Delicious every time. I have a kind of noble reason for wanting the Kitchen Aid mixer. My Mom makes the most amazing Anise bread for every holiday. She has made it for years and hand kneads it three times before braiding the dough. In recent years she has developed arthritis which makes it really hard for her to knead the dough. I would love to give her this as an early Christmas gift to make it easier on her to make our traditional bread. She would be so happy!

Having recently graduated from college, I would love to have a KitchenAid stand mixer as my first real kitchen appliance, as I’m just learning how to become a cooking genius! That being said, if I won this mixer, I would give it to my mother because in her 61 years of life, she’s never had a KitchenAid anything, and being a fabulous Italian cook, that’s almost sacrilege! I would love to give her her first KitchenAid product so we can make more awesome kitchen memories together, and she deserves it after cooking for me and my two older sisters for all of our lives. As far as which recipe she’d make: if I know my mother, she’d be all over the Chocolate Peppermint Devil’s Food Cake because the first two words in that recipe are two of her favorite things!

I bake very often with my children and would love the 7 qt mixer for all of our baking needs~ Bigger mixer means less time having to make more batches of cookie dough or icing and more time is spent having fun baking or decorating cookies with my children~ I definitely have to try your Strawberry Cream Cheese Whoopie Pies~ It looks so delicious~ My children wouldn’t even know that they’re eating a whoopie pie that is more healthier for them~ =P

The recipie I would like to try is your peanut butter pumpkin bread, I had actually made pumpkin cupcakes the other day and my husband put it together with a piece of pumpkin fudge and commented on how those flavors really went together. The bread looked so yummy!

I would soooo love this mixer! I love to bake only I have no mixer at the moment as I haven’t saved for one, so I’ve been using mixes or doing it by hand. I’d love to make things from scratch more and a mixer would really help make that easier for me! I only want a Kitchen Aid as well, as that is that brand I would trust to do my mixing!

What I wouldn’t make? So many things to make. Well first I would make lots of whipped cream for every thing I bake and my coffee and hot chocolate. That Fall Harvest Crumble sounds so yummy! I would have to make something weekly with my two beautiful girls. We really, really, really want a mixer so bad! My 11 yr old want to be a chef when she grows up. She loves cooking shows and anything to do with food. My youngest loves anything sweet or baked. So please pick us so we can have it for the holidays and bake together. Thanks!

I want to try those chocolate quinoa cakes! And, I want this mixer because I love love LOVE to cook and bake from scratch, but with nine of us in the family, it wears me out to make triple batches of baked goods by hand! My youngest is on a gluten/dairy/soy/corn/nut free diet because of extreme allergies, so nearly everything we eat is made from scratch. Have I mentioned there’s NINE of us?

I love cooking for my family. One of the biggest rewards is to see the look on my husband’s face after he eats something I made for him. And I can’t wait to start cooking and baking with my daughters. My 2 year old is already pretending to bake cakes for Momma using her little kitchen. This gorgeous mixer could help us bake a cake together!

As a budding baker from a long line of baking enthusiasts, I have a lot to live up to. That is okay though, since baking gives me so much joy! Would love to try Strawberry-Mozzarella Stuffed French Toast, my kids would love this.
I am a baker. Literally. Well, maybe not in the career sense but – my grandparent’s last name is “Baker,” and I love to bake! I’ve never made up a recipe myself, just modifications on existing ones but – I think – with one of these INCREDIBLY AWESOME KitchenAid stand mixers – I might just be able to start making my own recipes. How wonderful that would be!

I have been eyeing a KA stand mixer for ages, but it’s never been in the budget. I’m always looking for ways to cut down on prep time in the kitchen so that I can be more efficient with my time and grocery budget and this would be a big step! With twins on the way in April, giving me four kids ages four and under, I need all the help I can get!
