Christmas giveaway on Family Fresh Cooking lifestyle blog

Have you ever seen the retro & fabulous apron & home collection by Jessie Steele? I have been wearing their aprons for years, way before I launched Family Fresh Cooking. Any company who’s tagline is “Bring Happy Home” makes me very *happy*

I love all of their creations and I am so excited to share them with you!

My daughter and I had fun on this little holiday photo shoot. I set up the shots of me & my daughter and my hubs pressed *click*

The creators of Jessie Steele are a mom & daughter team, Helena and Jessie. Back in 2001 they saw the need to bring feminine styling, grace and fashion back into the world of hostessing. The diverse line is inspired by a cherished vintage apron collection handed down by by Helena’s mother Joan and her great-grandmother Jessie.

Can you believe how cute this holiday collection is?! There are so many styles and prints to choose from. The one I am wearing is called Jingle Bells and my daughter is in red + white polka dots.

These make the perfect hostess gifts, shower and holiday presents, don’t you think?! My friend Angie recently surprised me with the Cherry Cupcakes apron. It is soooo cute!

I love what they say on their company history – about page

“No matter what the future has in store, we remain dedicated to creating new stories, woven from the threads of a past fondly remembered and lovingly re-imagined, in prints and styles that evoke memories of what home always means.”

That is why you can wear pretty little lace dresses. Or cowboy boots & skinny jeans. Vintage + personal style = FUN

Little girl in polka dot apron and black lace dress

The styling of each apron is unique and fabulous. They have pretty shapes that flatter every body type.

Coming from the world of textile design, I always get really excited when I see great prints. From polka dots to florals, vintage and holiday…In their lovely line there is something for every whim, wish and style.

“Every season we bring the happy home, delivered in patterns, colors and textiles that will have you smiling whether you live in Tulsa or Tokyo.”

Nice!

The product line goes way beyond aprons, there are coordinating pieces as well. Oven mitts, towels and tote bags are a few of the offerings. You can mix and match or matchy match. From pajamas, to a brand new gift wrap collection. These gals will keep you hip and stylish with classic charm.

I think they need wall paper and bed linens next…don’t you?

Jingle bells Christmas holiday oven mitt and pot holder by Jessie Steele

You can see how long I have been a fan of theirs by looking back on the baking workshop I coordinated with Blackmarket Bakery here in the OC. They are also on my wish list from 2010. I still live in my red and pink polka dot apron. The kids know when I put it on I mean business!

They also know it might mean treats & time with me in the kitchen…

I had a sneak peek at the spring 2012 collection and it will know your socks off. The prints and styling are stunning and loads of fun.

Awesome giveaway! I think I’d most love the Autumn Rose Floral Courtney Apron – no special occasion in mind, but it’s just so pretty! I often end up leaving my apron on when friends are over for dinner if I’m finishing up cooking, and this would be a lot prettier! :)

I just checked out Jessie Steele website and I want everything! Actually I asked for an apron for christmas, so I just sent the link to my husband. After staring at the page for a while, I can’t decide what one I would want. I love them all, it depends on my mood. I like the pink and white for feeling light and airy, like making cupcakes, or black and white for when I prepare an elegant meal. There just all so pretty!

Gorgeous photos of your photo shoot! I love the hostess apron collection. My favorite one is the Harvest Toile Courtney Apron! So beautiful!!! If I have my way, I’d get all of these aprons! :)
