Chocolate. Ahhhhh the splendor. Fudge?! On Family Fresh Cooking? Yes and it is vegan too. There is something about taking your favorite chocolate bar, adding something creamy (in this case light coconut milk) and making it a smooth and silky treat. The crispy brown rice cereal adds a nice crunch factor into your smooth chocolate bliss.

To get your hands on my recipe for a healthy take on this classic treat pop on over to Attune Foods…It’s over there waiting for ya!

Be sure to let me know what you think!

Love this! I did a light layer of a coconut/chocolate base the other day to top these peanut butter bars I was making. Sooo good.

These look yummy! I love the combination of coconut and chocolate, and the crispy rice addition makes me think of a nestle crunch bar. I am going to make them as a special treat for my kiddos and then freeze the rest for treats for myself. Thank you for sharing!
