I’ve never met a potato I didn’t like! Love them mashed, fried, baked, roasted. Used potatoes this morning in my beef stew recipe; it’s simmering in the crockpot.

I can’t say I love potatoes enough! I can eat potatoes with anything, but my all time favorite are mashed potatoes with sour cream, chicken broth and a little garlic thrown in, whipped up nice and smooth! O YUM!

My fav potato recipe is so simple – slice potatoes into fat chips, drizzle with olive oil & Jane’s Crazy Mixed Up Salt, bake at 400 for about 40 minutes, dip in mayo & honey mustard & enjoy!!! Thx for the chance – great giveaway!!

I’m an Idaho girl–born & raised! My dad grew potatoes….I LOVE potatoes. No meal is complete without them. Would love to give my kids those little spuds and another crockpot would be great to have on hand during the holidays!

My favorite recipe is potato soup. Four simple ingredients: potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken (or whatever) soup and in the last thirty minutes, add a block of cream cheese. Viola! Done!
