My apologies. Just realized it’s December 1st. Oh my! Thought I had a few more days to share this DIY Advent Calendar with you.

Before we begin this fun craft let me explain that I can never spell the word calendar. Spell check always needs to jump in. The good news is I can count to 24.

Hopefully you have about 45 minutes to put this whole thing together.

Let’s get started quickly…

All you need are little treat bags ~ clear or any cute ones you can find.

Some candy, verses or anything you would like to fill the treat bags with.

A hole punch.

Hang your advent calendar from anywhere you want or line the bags up in a basket.

Just what I was looking for. I am a preschool teacher of 2 year olds. I am making a Christmas tree advent calendar out of toilet paper rolls and putting Smarties candy inside. These will perfect on the end of each one for our countdown. Thank you so much!
