I wouldn’t make anything. I would give it to my Sister that has wanted one and can’t afford to buy it. She works for the Police Dept & is always baking something for the Men & Women in Blue. At Christmas, she makes Dozens & Dozens of cookies as gifts for the families. She uses a hand mixer, or the trusty wooden spoon. When she visits me & I am using mine, you can see the look in her eyes of how much she wants one. Being on disability, I can’t afford to buy her one or I would. She is not only my sister, but one of my best friends. I would do anything for her.

These health benefits seem to be very good reason for increasing one’s consumption of kale.
estimates that 40% of rivers and streams are unfishable
and unswimmable and 50% of lakes and ponds are unfishable and unswimmable.

For example, a very simple permaculture farm uses its animal waste to feed its crops, which in turn
are used to feed the animals.
