Happy Wednesday! Today I have creamy dreamy Coconut Cream Pie Popsicles for ya!

These pops distinctly resemble everyone’s favorite cream pie ~ sans guilt. You can enjoy these pops in that teeny tiny bikini along with a big grin.

What makes ‘em extra special is how I rolled in in delicious Attune Foods graham cracker crumbles. Please visit their website for the recipe.

Ah! Marla, you beat me to this popsicle concept! (Have been pinning ice pops like crazy lately getting ideas.) And, I love it. We think an awful lot alike. I had better get a jump on another idea before you do, LOL! Yours look beautiful and tasty! Love Attune Foods. :)
