Why should I get too wordy ~ when all you really need to do is get up & make one. Or two….
To keep things on the healthier side I used Applegate Farms Organic ~ Uncured Pepperoni.
My friend recommended it for pizza (amazing) and the leftover pieces I used in this sandwich.
Adding cheese makes the world go round. Melting & crisping it all in a sauté pan with butter? Priceless.
Crisp rainbow carrots & homemade Lemon Pepper Popcorn round things out.

- 2 pieces Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread
- 5 pieces Pepperoni
- 2 ounces Mozzarella or your favorite Cheese
- Rainbow Carrots
- Lemon Pepper Popcorn
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Assemble sandwich with pepperoni & cheese. Heat until bread is golden brown & cheese is melted, flipping half way through.
