Happy Wednesday everyone! Congrats, you made it to the middle of a busy week. Hope you are having a great one. I’m heading back out to Montana on Friday. I’ll be photographing a great pals stunning ranch (can’t wait to share those images with you!)

Marla, these muffins look completely perfect. I love that they’re made with oat flour! I’ve been testing out some pumpkin muffin recipes lately, but never with oat flour. I love everything about them! Down to the whipped cream on top.

Hi Marla, The muffins look delicious! I am planning to try them this weekend. The only problem is, I’m having a hard time finding Uncle Sam Rye & Hemp Cereal. Can you suggest a substitution? Thank you!

Can you find regular Uncle Sam cereal? That will be perfect. If not perhaps another whole grain, unsweetened cereal.
