These macaron shells are shipped elegantly in packing to ensure their texture stays in tact. Genius!
Since easy was the theme & I had to feed a hungry aprés ski crew….I piped some whipped cream inside the shells.
As always I had a huge batch of Homemade Whipped Cream in the fridge. Clearly not a traditional filling ~ but when do I ever follow the rules?!
