Yield: 1 Blueberry Oatmeal Power Smoothie

Blueberry Oatmeal Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk (any unsweetened milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup, Honey or Agave

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high or on a smoothie setting until well combined. Sweeten to taste. Top with frozen blueberries if desired.

Thanks Becca, I also love the way blueberries present in photos. A great ingredient to work with & always a favorite! You are right, with the addition of oats this becomes a filling meal.

Yum! I recently start buying mostly alcohol flavored vanilla- I find I can add more vanilla flavor without the alcohol flavor shining through. This looks great!
