What’s more festive in the summer months than cool sippers with your favorite spirits and pink fruit!

Last week I was sent this selection of four Patron tequilas: Silver, Reposado, Anejo & XO Cafe Dark Cocoa

They were excellent super models against the Telluride landscape…(not to mention very tasty!)

Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

Yield: 4 Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed Watermelon
  • 1 cup Patron Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Agave Syrup
  • 3 cups Ice
  • Kosher Salt for rim of glass

Method

  • Puree all ingredients in a blender. Divide among 4 salt rimmed glasses, garnish with lime and watermelon.

What are the odds we both have watermelon cocktails up on the same day – well, knowing us, not that crazy actually :) Your drink looks amazing! I happen to have a bottle of that silver patron in my fridge right now and yesterday at the track drank my weight in it :) Love. So jealz of your partnership – NICE! :)
