My favorite cookie of late has been your gluten free peanut butter and maple cookie. Its super easy to make, I always have all the ingredients on hand and my husband loves it too!
Thanks for the great giveaway. My favorite baked treat is lemon chess squares. But I’m really interested in learning to bake with whole wheat and little sugar – just bought some whole wheat pastry flour yesterday, and I’m going to try it this weekend.

My absolute favorite baked treat would have to be a red velvet cake FROM SCRATCH. None of that fake boxed stuff. The kind I like even has some beet puree mixed into it to give it that uber red color

My favorite baked treat is my boyfriend’s grandma’s banana bread. It’s wicked quick and fat free! Sometimes instead of using a bread pan I separate the dough into muffin tins…then I add a little cream cheese frosting =) Delicious!

I have never been much of a baker and I’ll be honest to make it successfull I have to use Betty Crocker box mixes. But my family favorite would be German Chocolate cake. I would love to learn to bake from scratch.

My favorite baked treat is Cracker Jack cookies. (I’m a cookie fiend!) The recipe was rescued off a box or can of something-or-other by my great-grandma.
They have cereal and coconut in them, but no chocolate or nuts, which makes them good if people have allergies. I have made them chocolate and added chocolate chips, though, and that was good too.

Double Fudge Chocolate Brownies. We mill our own flour , make our mix and keep it in the pantry . Works well.
